Registration Information

Conference (including Dr. Dyson and Rodriguez speeches)
Friday, March 23-Sunday, March 25, 2007:

  • Free for UW-Madison students (with ID)
  • $175 for faculty, academic staff, and administrators
  • $115 per person Institutional Rate, for groups of 4 or more registering together (faculty, academic staff, and administrators)
  • $50 fee for classified staff, high school administrators, community partners, and UW-System students
  • $25 per person Institutional Rate, for groups of 4 or more non-UW Madison students registering together

There is a charge for the Dr. Dyson speech ONLY (no conference participation):

Dr. Dyson speech ONLY Saturday, March 24, 2007:

  • Free for UW-Madison students
  • $35 for non-students
  • $15 for all students
You must pre-register to see Dr. Dyson. Seating is limited! We do not anticipate any walk-up registration for the conference. We strongly encourage you to register online as soon as possible to ensure a space.

Payment Information
Major credit cards will be accepted. Checks will be accepted, but not starter checks. Make checks payable to: OHRD, and send to: Bill Hébert, Jr., Diversity Education Program, 75 Bascom Hall, Madison, WI 53706. Checks must be received by March 20, 2007.

Refund policy
For the conference
Full refunds will be issued if registration is cancelled by 4:30 p.m. CST on February 16. A 50% refund will be granted if registration is cancelled by 4:30 p.m. CST on March 2. There will be no refunds granted after March 2, 2007.

Payments will be refunded in full if cancelled by 4:30 p.m. CST on March 2. There will be no refunds granted after this date.
